We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our “Farabixon tribe” team. As a pivotal member of our enterprise design team, you will work across both consumer-facing products and internal tools, leading design projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for developing user flows, journey maps, wire frames, and other assets to facilitate the design process, as well as creating prototypes to test and validate assumptions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and senior executives, to make our platform a success. We’re looking for someone who can think several steps ahead, articulate design decisions clearly, and prioritize the needs of our users. You’ll need to have a strong sense of ownership and a “ship it” mentality, as we continue to build our world-class design team.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from idealization to launch, ensuring that all designs meet
customer needs and business goals.
Conduct user research studies and analyze the resulting data to gain insights into user behavior and needs. This includes skills such as tracking user behaviors, conducting
surveys, usability testing, and user interviews.
Take a hands-on approach to interface and experience design of our products.
Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and other assets to facilitate the design process.
Create prototypes to test and validate assumptions.
Give and receive feedback from other designers.
Design clean and unique user interfaces that reflect UX requirements and complement brand/product identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers,
researchers, and data analysts to develop and execute on product strategies.
Work with front-end developers to deliver designs of the highest quality to our users.
Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve UX.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
Adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced startup environment.
Build empathy and understanding of our users and how to empower them.
Set a design vision for modern enterprise apps and become an expert in this field. Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics.
Expertise in Figma and design systems.
Experience leading design initiatives and managing a team of designers.
Experience in designing complex enterprise panels.
Component-first mindset in design.
Familiar with using and creating design systems.
Intuitive mind for good user experience.
Able to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
Familiar with designing for different platforms.
Relevant understanding of best practices and trends in UI/UX design.

Great time management skills.
What Makes You Stand Out:
BFA or BA in a design relevant field such as Human Interaction, Graphic Design, UX
Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, etc.
Understanding of common software development practices.
Experience with design sprints / agile methodologies.
Working as a producer of valuable content in the fields of design as a writer, mentor, facilitator, etc.
