Our expectation from the business analyst is to know the financial market and help product managers in the product discovery and development process so we can deliver high-quality products that meet the company's vision.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain expert in the financial market, providing insights and expertise to the Product Manager
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Develop functional specifications, wireframes, and other documentation to ensure clear communication of project requirements
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the project meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our trading access platform is industry-leading
- Understand the legal limitations of the financial market and inform the team about the risks
