We are looking for a highly skilled BI Developer who understands the intricacies of the brokerage industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data architecture, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and develop solutions that provide valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop BI Solutions: Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and SSAS to meet business requirements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Utilize Python for writing ETL pipelines to create facts and BI marts.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
